| How can I help ? I believe that anyone, regardless of race age or creed can help these neglected and forgotten people. Here are some different ways that you can help: 1. PRAY i) For safety - five MSF volunteers were brutally murdered in Afghanistan in 2004. ii) For our work to be fruitful. iii) For these people to be healed in mind body and spirit. 2. GO There will be some doctors, nurses, teachers and other professionals who can give of their skills freely and abundantly. 3.GET INVOLVED LOCALLY The Shropshire Africa Project - we plan to run a health centre in Africa over a sustainable 35 year period- twinned with the town of Church Stretton (initially). We currently have a database of 32 individuals who have volunteered to use their time and skills in different ways. Contact my secretary Kim Mortiboy if you wish to be added to this database. Please email neil@drfletcherinafrica.co.uk We are currently looking at several different venues in Ethiopia and Tanzania. We are hoping to have our registered charity number by the end of 2007. 4. GIVE 80 per cent of Médecins-Sans-Frontières' income comes from people like you ! Their website is www.uk.msf.org
